Great article! When doing behind the neck press, or Klokov presses for that matter, do you keep the shoulder blades packed down like you would when you bench- even at the top of the movement where they naturally want to rise up?
I've been packing my shoulders up into my neck- bunching my traps into a nice pad for the bar to land on in between reps.
Thank for the awesome article. I'm gonna do the trap workout nr 1 tomorrow i'm so excited!. And also thanks for all the free info you give us. With kind regards/ Mathias.

I did this workout, yesterday, and it was glorious! Plate raises were brutal; had to go to (2) 10# for the last 50 reps.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Paul.
