315x5 no pain. will still be cautious.
Deficit stiff leg deadlifts -

Notes - The triple wasn't very hard. Will go for 4 next week. When I can do this for 6 a few sessions in a row I will move on to 605.

DeleteI'm pretty unclear about what they are really supposed to do for you. I find it nearly impossible to get scapular retraction with a wide grip like that. Just do deficit as an assistance lift?

ReplyDeleteI generally know what weight I will be working with for a while and I just slowly milk more and more reps out of it. For stuff like stiff legs i don't program. I just pick a weight and work with it for a while.
