You've been waiting for it your whole life! And it's finally here!
Ok so that's really overstating it, but I it has taken a long time to get this thing together.
I ended up OVERWRITING it, and eventually had the idea (and a novel one) to reduce the content a bit to mostly just the training and programming because well, you know, it's a training manual.
NOTE* IT IS NOT OUT OF STOCK. GLITCH IS FIXED.

ReplyDeleteHey Paul! Just tried to buy the Ebook, but I'm getting told that it's out of stock - help!
ReplyDeleteOut of stock at the e-junkies.com store?
ReplyDeleteHi Paul,
ReplyDeleteI just went to order and it says its already sold out? Is this correct?
Paul, I think I remember someone mentioning this before, but e-junkie is saying the e-book is out of stock.
ReplyDeleteIt is tell me it is out of stock.
ReplyDeleteYou have the most bad ass covers for your books dude. Definitely picking this up later!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to buy it and it says "this product is out of stock."
ReplyDeletejust got the book, reading it now, very good so far. im wondering, if someone is about to shall we say experience some large, almost UNnatural increases in strength, would you have any slight adjustment to principles. im assuming leaving a rep or two in the tank at all times is still a good idea, etc. im doing a linear program
ReplyDeleteNope. Same principles apply.
Deletegreat thanks! really liking the book.when is the next podcast with jay nera and jamie "the straightest thing i ever did was fuck a man" lewis?
Deletehahah hopefully soon. Jamie is super busy with the new business.
Deletegood!actually i should have mentioned, thanks for all the great stuff on your blog. i put 75 pounds on my deadlift 5rm, 10 pounds and 3 reps on my old bench 5 rm, around 40 on my squat and my old military press 1rm for 7 on a pretty bad day. never really went over an 8.5 RPE, except for a 9 on a bad day, and never went below sets of 8 except for on deadlifts which were sets of 5 throughout. this was in ten weeks
DeleteWill you be doing a Q&A on this soon?
ReplyDeleteHey, is Bench Phase 1 meant to be 5x8 @75% or 5x8@70% as it says on page 31?
