Training for Relentless - Last heavy pressing day

Notes - Felt good to hit a PR however I still felt "off" tonight.  The back down set of 365 felt really bad.

  1. That incline press is f**king impressive,especially with such a narrow grip.405 x 3 is a squat poundage to lots of guys and your moving it with your delts and tri's!
