Notes - This training session was a lot like an STD ridden vagina.  Nothing good about it.

  1. I gaze a little bit downward like you do but keep my head in the same position throughout the whole movement. Gonna try bringing my head up (definitely NOT look up...) during the ascent like you do. See if I notice anything different.
