Base Building - Week 1 - Press

Back to base building.  I've been chasing PR's for a while, and it's time to get back to volume with lower intensity stuff for a while until I need to peak again.  That should be November if my knee continues to heal up like it has been.

Notes - Solid first session getting back.  Next week will be incline at 315 more than likely.
