Notes - Felt like shit.  Elbows were hurting and just felt crappy.  Oh well.

  2. Hey Paul, I know you are always interested in other strong guys, especially great lifters of the past, who's methods jive with yours. Not sure if you have read this interview before, but check it out if you haven't. Its Ted Arcidi discussing his training before he hit 705. His ideas on using short periods of heavy lifts, not using singles exclusively, and how to pick attempts seem right up your alley.
