Meet Directors = Phil Stevens (Phil@lift4hope.org) and Jerell Barber
On the 13th and 14th of April the USSF will hold its Annual Kansas State Powerlifting and Weight Lifting Championship for 2013. Saturday the 13th will be the powerlifting portion ran according to the rules of the USSF with both mens and womens classes being invited. Sunday the Weight lifting portion will be held with both men and womens classes being contested. Being a State Championship there will be $5 extra added on to the usual capped meet cost of $50 with the extra $5 going to the prize purse for the overall winner.
Total Number of entries = Total number of entries will be capped at 45 lifters for each day.
Cost = $50
Prize money = Dependent on the number of lifters but if we have a full schedule as we expect the top man and top woman from each day *(powerlifting and Weight lifting) would receive $225 each (if the meet is full)
T-Shirt = Any lifter who meets the entry deadline of March 30th will receive a meet T-shirt

ReplyDeletePaul, I searched the rules and didn't find anything about compression shorts under the singlet. Want to make sure they are ok before I show up in one.
ReplyDeleteTrying to figure out what to do about the horrible moose knuckle the singlet gives me - are you just supposed to wear a jock strap and nothing else underneath? This is my first time wearing one and I don't want to scar any kids that are there.
