notes - I thought this was going to be a complete shit fest because I felt awful before I got to the gym, but I ended up feeling pretty good once the clangin and bangin started.

  1. excellent session doing, nice repping on the dbs after all that incline work..... don't you think you should be doing some volume though ;)

    1. I suppose I should. My Mentzeresque session are going to do nothing to spur on dramatic muscle growth.
