Notes - Stupid good session.  The squats were virtually jump squats.

  1. just started realizing that ive been probably training like a geared lifter, when I am a noob that wants to compete RAW. so im gonna probably be dick riding your blog.

    curious why you work up with all the same reps and then back down on the leg extensions. and was 100 when you felt you were at the heaviest you could do without breaking good form?

    1. Just a way to force a lot of blood in there. I'm not really trying to progress on these that hard.
