  1. I winder if i am fighting the wrong battle. I try like crazy at 5'10" to get over 200 pounds. I have to neglect conditioning and after 195 I think I jusr gain fat. Would you recommend throwing away the scale, eating a little less, lifting and conditioning to "be strong, be in shape"? I feel like it is hard to use my strength for anything more than short bursts.
