Training - Legs

Notes - Strained the right adductor ever so slightly on the last set of front squats.  My guess is it's from being dehydrated from having to take shit for the flu all week.  My legs were pretty dead the whole time, even though the weight of course was super light.

I don't think it's anything serious.  Should be fine to squat again next week but I will do some rehab work on it this week anyway.  No big deal.
