Bodyweight - 248 < Did the carb up right again, I see.

Incline Press -

Notes - Elbow was really tender today so I'm glad I got the high rep curls in.  I really want to get to 225x30+ on incline press.  22 is pretty fucking pathetic.  This particular incline is higher than the height I use at home, so I got all sorts of excuses for under performing.  heh.

    2. I have been a saints fan since I started watching football in 3rd grade. I am not from louisiana, but I remember turning on the TV and drew bress throwing an 80 yrd touchdown pass to joe horn. I have been a saints fan since.

    1. Good so far. Friday night I had a bowl of cereal, then later lasagna followed by ice cream and M&M's. Then later another bowl of cereal. As you can see, not getting too crazy now.
