Training - Legs

Bodyweight - 249

Leg Extensions -
25x20
50x20
75x20
100x15
75x15
50x20
25x20

Front Squats -
135x10,10
225x10,10,10

1 Legged Calf - 100 total reps

Notes - This was much harder than it looks on paper.  My quads were like balloons by the time I got to the front squats.  I am just going to stay at 225 for a while because this can be done pain free for the most part.  I will just increase volume and/or reps.

  1. Paul, on the leg extensions... are those one legged? I'm only asking because the weight seems light. I'm sure the high reps kick azz but this just doesn't seem right.

    Excuse my ignorance if there is an obvious answer.

    1. It's plate loaded with a band attached so it's not like using a machine at the gym. And no it's 2 legged. This is a custom made leg ext machine in my home that still has resistance at the top even without the band.

      But my quads are still weak as fuck. Which is why I am doing them.
