ReplyDeleteOne quick question, i notice you train in your basement, how do you get around pressing? do you ever hit the ceiling?
I'm hoping to one day put a homegym in my basement but the only thing i think i might have to do in the garage might be press (which is fine). just wondering how it works for you.
