ReplyDeleteQuick question, is your rack screwed to the ground?
Paul, how are the high rep dumbbell curls compared to barbell curls?
ReplyDeleteabout the same.
DeleteBullshit, its "about the same".
DeleteMath---A pair of 20lb dbs are 40lbs. A barbell--45.
Barbell wise--you've knocked off 200, but usually 100.
Dumbbell wise--70 reps.
But in your defense, you did say its "about".
I'm just messing with you, man. That's good stuff. And i do agree, it is about the same. :-)
I used a pair of 25lbers, got 75 reps and my hands were cramping/spazzing like an ant crawling through cocaine powder. But the experience was killer.
What was your highest on the incline again? 315 for 15? You gunning for it again---but still, that was solid.
315x11 is my best on incline.
DeleteTotal diffrent question, how is it going with your injury?
ReplyDeleteHaven't done anything with it yet really. Just the leg ext. I am going to give the legs another week or two with no work.

Deletehey paul how many inches apart is your grip on the close grip bench press? is it slightly outside shoulder width? also i wanted to ask you what is your take on floor presses? have they helped you at all?
ReplyDelete15 inches on the bench. I like floor presses but not a lot. They fuck up my shoulder even worse than bench.
