Busted this out before the day got started.
Bodyweight - 247
Db Bench Press - 100's x 25, 15, 12
Some Chest Machine - no idea of weight - 4 sets of 12
Side Laterals - 20's x 30,25,25,20
Tricep Extensions (rope) - no idea on weight just busted out 4 sets of 12-20
Calf Machine - 4x15
Notes - Tired as shit. Lack of sleep and water from the previous day was apparent.
