I found the Raid Redemption fight scenes over the top, and the beginning was the best and awesome.
IMO, the reason why was cus, there was no high and low...every fight towards the end was "high octane"...and when it came to the final fight, between 2 brothers and Mad Dog, the fight was essentially the same as the previous 100 fights b4..it wasn't a climax...
Secondly, tho the fights were fast paced, it felt staged..
YES! the final fight scene was no different than the other 50000 fight scenes before it. I say this a lot about action flicks. The MORE action you throw at us early, the more numbed down to it we become. Had the final fight scene been 15 minutes, where before there were short and infrequent, as you noted, it's more climatic.
