Notes - Good session. Could have probably gotten 11, maybe 12 on the first set and 8 or 9 on the second. As you can see, I practice what I preacher however, and left a rep or 2 in the tank.
ok, so how would you handle a situation with someone who's decidedly less Alpha (doesn't lift and is weak) telling you it's "time to go home" when it's not your intention but he was your ride/room mate? Could be a question for the podcast definitely.
