Chaos and Bang Your Earballs 14!


We had James Steel back on, and this time he was not raped or attacked by robots.

All in all, this is one of the best TRAINING podcasts we have done, with almost no fluff.  Enjoy.

  3. I know powerlifting (bench press at leas) is going to be at Paraolympics. Is it truth that powerlifting is going to be in 2016 Rio Olympics?

  5. You mentioned doing DC training at some point. Do you think the stretches are a valuable part of the program, or just broscience?

    1. I think there is some merit to it for sure. That was the longest period of me staying healthy ever. But those stretches suck nuts.
