........by some very close friends right now.
Early responses have been pretty overwhelming.
Yes, they are friends. But these friends are not ass kissing types or ego feeders.
They don't have the final versions that are all "pretty", but the meat and potatoes is there. I can't wait to finish this thing up and get it out to you guys.
Monday night, as promised, it will be available.
Man I can't wait to get my hands on this! How much is the book gonna cost?
ReplyDeleteRobert
I haven't decided but seeing as how it's more than 150 pages probably $25. I've really poured a lot into this thing.
DeleteSweet I'm def picking this up next payday!
DeleteGod Bless,
Robert

ReplyDeletePaul, left you a private message on another board you used to frequent, check it out if you get a chance. For some reason I'm having trouble joining this site, awesome stuff!

Sorry man, no clue. Shoot me an e-mail....paul@lift-run-bang.com
DeleteLooking forward to this! Must be a good feeling to have it nearly finished!
ReplyDelete$25 really isn't a lot if it's 150 pages of excellent information which I suspect it will be. I hope your hard work is rewarded with good sales, you can certainly count me amongst the buyers.
ReplyDeleteAhhh!
ReplyDeleteI started leaning out a few weeks ago, and still a bit fuzzy on how should set up my split/diet. So hopefully the book will help with that, can't wait man!
Looking forward to using it to get BIG this winter man, BIG not fat! Very excited for this.
I don't cover a lot of diet stuff in the book. It's most a training book. But I am going to go over the diet stuff here soon.
DeletePsyched for the book Paul, thanks for putting in all the work.
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to the book. Hope there's some technique tips in there too. Would be nice to see form pointers depending on body structure. I always wonder what the right set up is for the deadlift when it comes to a guy with long arms AND long legs. I remember you said long armed guys usually just keep the bar close to them but that doesn't take long legs into account.
ReplyDeleteNot that the new Big-15 will really have deadlifts in it anyway, but still.
LOTS of technique stuff Carl. Tons.
DeleteAwesome. Was already a must buy anyway though.
DeleteThat just made the short list of things I'll print out and post on the wall in the gym. Thx Paul!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the book Paul.
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to drop this in case you hadn't seen it -- there's a kid over at T-nation who's been training with Ed Coan for awhile and recording all the workouts. Just interesting to see what he has the kid doing.
As you'd guess, pretty simple straight forward periodization on the main lifts combined with a lot of bodybuilding work.

Wow, that whole style of training looks VERY familiar.........can't seem to place it.......
DeleteDamn, that's an awesome thread!
DeleteHell fucking yes!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely buying this book when it comes out.
