Upright Rows - 95x4x20
Bent Laterals - 20's x 4x20

That's it. Minimal rest between sets.

    2. Ok, once you move from the rehab stage to the maintenance stage, will you put glute work and single leg stuff as a small workout or as warm ups for the big workout?
