Pec minor is not feeling very good.  So I skipped the 50% set tonight.  

Cable Rows - stack x 4 sets of 12

Seated Db Press - 100's x 20

Notes - Tired as fuck.  Got to the gym later than usual and had a bit of upset stomach too.  Need more sleep.......

  1. Amazing presses. I *deadlifted* 365 earlier today and felt pretty good about it. I can't even imagine incline pressing that weight, though.
