Training - Pressing shit

Incline Press -

Db Curls - 35's x 4 sets of 20

Notes - Just taking it easy and light on the pressing stuff.  The goal right now is to keep getting leaner and working the yoke.

  1. What is the best angle for incline press to work the upper-pecs? 30° or 45° degrees of inclination?
