ReplyDeleteHi Paul.
ReplyDeletewhen trying improve my posture and the core would Military Press be a good exercise ?
do you feel that MPress is a better exercise if you want to have the most carryover exercise to the real life compared to f.ex seated PBN?
or does it not matter what you choose as long as the muscle gets stronger?
-John
I like PBN because it doesn't beat my elbows up as bad as military press. That's really the primary reason.
ReplyDeleteAs far as posture goes, work rear delts.
