Paul, this is off-topic, but I think I recall you saying at one point that you played arena ball. Could you talk more about that? I'm interested in pursuing it.
ReplyDeleteDidn't play it, had a couple of practices. That was pretty much the end of playing ball for me. Just didn't want it anymore at that point.

ReplyDeleteI personally think the issue there is ppl not keeping shoulder flexibility in place. Too much flat benching and shit. Then they try to do PBN and it hurts their cuff and they go "oh PBN is bad for you." I don't buy it. The shoulder exercises that improve shoulder flexibility go through THAT ROM.
