Calf Press - 4 sets of 20
Notes - REALLY solid 80%. I felt like shit but had a good one, if that makes any sense.

you know, most of the best lifts i ever made were made when i had very little sleep and felt like crap. i haveno idea how it works, and i certainly don't try to stay tired and miserable, but i never try to judge a training day based on how i feel before i lift.
