Hammer Rows -
1,2,3,4,5 plates per side x 8 reps

Hammer Shrugs - 1,2,3,4,5,6 plates per side x 10 reps
Good Mornings - 225 x 5 sets of 5
Some stupid curl machine - 4 sets of 20

Notes - Felt like a zombie in the gym, which is weird because I got to bed early last night knowing it would be heavy back day but I was still tired as shit.

  1. Kind of unrelated but do you have any specifics for running a full body split? Just recently bought big-15/strong-15 and have been playing with the idea in my head but wanted to get your thoughts on it.

    Wednesday -
    Front Squat - big-15
    Incline - big-15
    Chins - 7x5

    Friday -
    Squat - 1x5 using 60% of top set on Monday
    Bench - 3x5 using 60% of top set on Monday
    Deadlift - big-15
