Notes - Felt like a zombie in the gym, which is weird because I got to bed early last night knowing it would be heavy back day but I was still tired as shit.
Kind of unrelated but do you have any specifics for running a full body split? Just recently bought big-15/strong-15 and have been playing with the idea in my head but wanted to get your thoughts on it.
