Training - Legs and Back

Weight - 250

Deads - 135 x 10,10  225 x 5, 315 x 4, 405 x 3, 500 x 2, 585 x 1

Leg Ext - 4 sets of 15
Pulldowns - 4 sets of 12

notes - -10% session.  Just terrible right out of the gate.  Felt like shit, everything felt heavy, was tired, aggitated, and frustrated.  Oh well, just one of those days.

  2. I rate sessions whether they are 80% (average session, not bad not great), a +10% which is an awesome workout, and a -10% which is where everything sucks and you feel like shit.

    It's based on the philosophy that 80% of the workouts you will ever do are just run of the mill workouts that are part of building your foundation.

    10% will be awesome, and 10% will suck ass.
