    My name is Nico Feliciano AKA as Bloody Lawn Gym or BLG. You may not remember me but I used to post and talk to you on some old forums back in 2000-2002. I was into the Dino training then. I went on to do more of the conjugate method and eventually achieved a 805 sq 702 bench and 650 dl single ply and drug free.

    Fast forward to today and I have knee surgery, 2 hernias fixed and both shoulders scoped. I am 45, beat up and weaker than ever :(

    My raw strength is down the gutter and as I search and research I ran into your website. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to reading more and learning some
    PS: Back in Nov 2009 I was able to raw bench 430 at a meet but not so great for a 308 :(. I can't even do 405 now for I am so beat up. Taking time off for a while but watch me come back fighting hard

  2. Nico I remember you. Awesome lifts you hit. Sorry to hear about all of the injuries and surgeries. This stuff eventually takes a toll on the body. Some worse than others. Part of the price we pay for lifting heavy shit for years on end.

    Good luck on the comeback trail and glad you found my blog. Keep me updated on how you are doing.
