Training

Db Floor Press -
Right arm -
warm up - 35 x 20
Was by myself so I couldn't have my wife hand me the 100 so I stuck with the 60 and did reps.
60 x 60 x 30
Right arm - 20 pounder x 50 x 50

Seated Side Laterals - 10's x 4 sets of 25

Db Floor Press - 60 x 30 left arm and 20 x 60 for right arm.

  2. I took it off less than a week after surgery. Needless to say my ortheo wasn't excited when I showed up to my first follow up with nothing on at all. I had removed the sling, cast, and ace bandages.
