  1. how low do you take the presses? I've been touching the traps each rep but I'm starting to think it is a little rough on my shoulders.

  2. Right below the ear line for me. No need to touch the traps. And get your grip WIDE. The PBN is actually fine for the shoulders if you don't go crazy heavy and use a wide grip.
