Did a walk for 20 minutes last night and felt like I was going to pass out. It's crazy how much surgery takes out of you stamina wise so fast.
Tonight - Squats, abs
High bar squats -
135 x 10,
225 x 4 sets of 10
Crunch - 3 sets of 20
Got light headed after the crunches and fell onto the bench after I stood up. Look I have knowledge, but I never said I was smart.
After my last surgery I took one lap around my hospital wing on a walker and felt like I just pushed a monster truck through a swamp for 10 miles. It sucks.
ReplyDeleteHell yes. Just a few weeks ago I ran 15 hill sprints on a good day and felt awesome. 2 of them about killed me Saturday. Think I will do some today!
