Strive Pulldowns (straps) - stack x 14, stack+15 x 7
Shrugs - 315 x 20, 405 x 20
Over-Supinated Db curls (for elbow rehab) - 20's x lots of sets for lots of reps
Notes - Felt good. Hadn't eaten much today but really didn't notice. Decent overall session.
