Training - Week 3 / Phase 1 - Pressing

Incline Press - barx30, 135 x 12, 185 x 6, 225 x 5, 275 x 11,6

Close Grip Bench - 245 x 11,5

Flat Flyes - 50's x 10,10

Notes - Tired as heck. Worked about 11 hours today and had one of the most stressful weeks of my entire life.
